Debra S. Orbacz
President and Chief Executive Officer
Debra S. Orbacz, Founder and President of Orbacz Strategy Group has more than 26 years of experience in strategic business planning and executive leadership. She has a strong cross functional background in operations, and strategic and tactical planning, with expertise at building and leading successful teams. Ms. Orbacz has developed and led large teams through the planning and execution phases of many projects.
Prior to launching Orbacz Strategy Group she held numerous assignments over an award-winning 26 year career with FedEx Corporation, to include Managing Director of Operations in the FedEx flagship hub operation. She also held a senior position with global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton where she led a team of acquisition logistics professionals to expand business.
Ms. Orbacz is a member of numerous professional organizations and sits on several boards and executive committees. Ms. Orbacz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Summa Cum Laude) from Shenandoah University and is a graduate of Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Program. She holds a private pilot's certificate and is an avid traveler, golfer and skier. She continues to study and research leadership development and organizational performance theories, frequently writing on these topics.
